About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, assisting with onboarding new employees, coordinating events, and handling scheduling and communication across teams. Your role is critical in enabling staff to focus on key projects and client deliverables.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years of experience providing administrative assistant duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Attentive to detail, quality-focused, flexible, and deadline-oriented.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience providing support in the consulting industry and/or producing technical documents strongly desired.
- Experience editing and preparing business or technical documentation preferred.
