About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day consumables, supporting employee events, and serving as a central point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors. Your tasks will include maintaining a professional front-of-house area, coordinating badging paperwork, assisting with travel arrangements, and providing administrative support for project-based work.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of administrative experience or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous reception or office administration experience.
- Familiarity with facilities management or event planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
