About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing office operations, coordinating complex scheduling tasks, managing travel arrangements, fostering collaboration across departments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team events. You will implement best practices in administrative processes to enhance overall productivity.

About You

Required:

Associate degree in a business-related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Preferred:

Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
