BakeMark is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support their manufacturing and warehouse operations in Hauppauge, NY. The role involves data entry, inventory documentation, shipping/receiving paperwork, and general clerical support to ensure efficient plant operations.
About the Role
As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining production and inventory data, processing bills for landing, purchase orders, and invoices, supporting inventory counts and reconciliation, preparing routine operational reports, maintaining organized records and documentation, and assisting warehouse and production teams with administrative needs.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of administrative experience (manufacturing or warehouse preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience with inventory systems.
Fluency in Cantonese and Spanish.
