Summary
Catalight is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support at the ESBA Fairfield Facility.
About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first face and voice of the facility, responsible for greeting employees and visitors, maintaining office supplies, ensuring cleanliness of common areas, assisting with scheduling and reservations, and supporting various administrative functions under the supervision of the Office Manager. You will also handle special projects and assist with customer service inquiries.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from High School or GED required.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in administrative support/office management preferred.
