About the Role

About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of applicable experience and education.
- 5 years of related administrative or business experience.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives in an academic, healthcare, or research setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and document preparation.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and operate independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, external partners, and institutional leadership.
