About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will plan and schedule technician trainings, maintain digital records of certifications, arrange travel for technicians, manage inventory of IT devices, and provide administrative support to the management team. You will be the point of contact for general office needs and ensure that all operations align with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in office administration, training coordination, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with IT device tracking or inventory systems.
