About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will assist with partner relationship activities, schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain partner records, and ensure timely communication between partners and internal teams. You will serve as a key point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders, helping to track action items and manage issue intake.

Required:

Professional communication and customer service mindset.
Strong follow-through and responsiveness.
Ability to coordinate across teams and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Comfortable learning new products and processes quickly.
Experience using Salesforce, Outlook, and similar CRM or communication tools.
