About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day office and virtual activities including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, event planning, and vendor engagement. You will also be responsible for project management and ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget.
About You
Required:
High School diploma
5+ years of administrative support experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams)
Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in a global environment and/or a large corporation
Industry experience (pharma, biotech, healthcare)
Familiarity with project management software tools
