About the Role

As the Administrative Director of Surgical Services, you will oversee operating rooms, pre-operative and post-anesthesia care units, sterile processing, endoscopy, and a free-standing ambulatory surgery center. You will ensure high-quality patient care while driving operational excellence, physician engagement, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. This position requires collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing leadership, and executive leadership to advance surgical growth and optimize outcomes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services or perioperative operations.
RN Licensure in the state of MO.

Preferred:

Master's Degree (MHA, MBA, MSN or related).
Professional certifications such as FACHE, CSSM, CNOR, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
