About You
Required:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
- Previous leadership experience in nursing.
Preferred:
- Process improvement and project management skills.
- Experience in budget management and staffing plans.
- Skills in computer applications relevant to nursing.
