Summary
CAPTRUST is seeking an Administrative Professionals Team Lead to provide coaching and leadership for a team of regional and home office Administrative Professionals. This is a full-time permanent position based in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.
About the Role
As the Administrative Professionals Team Lead, you will manage, lead, and train a large team of Administrative Professionals, ensuring adequate support for clients, Executives, and Financial Advisors. Responsibilities include conducting performance appraisals, managing HR-related issues, overseeing event planning, and collaborating with other departments. You will also handle critical issues related to scheduling and manage timecard approvals and PTO requests.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Team Leader or Manager capacity.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience working with C-Suite personnel and/or training.
Preferred:
- Demonstrates leadership qualities such as executive presence and emotional intelligence.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
