About the Role
As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll for seasonal employees, monitoring payroll exceptions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also assist with human resources transactions and act as a P-Card Cardholder for purchasing needs. Your role will require strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a team-oriented environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
- Strong Excel skills and basic accounting principles.
Preferred:
- Experience in payroll management and financial reporting.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in human resources.
