You will also arrange travel and special events, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related experience.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and department functions.
- Skill in typing, data processing, and file maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and productive manner.
