As an Administrative Support Associate, you will assist the Service Planning team by coordinating service orders, preparing permit paperwork, tracking project information, and maintaining documentation. You will work closely with Project Specialists and support various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- 0–4 years of administrative, clerical, or dispatching experience.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
Benefits
- Pay rate of $30–$32 per hour.
- 2-Year W2 Assignment with potential to extend or convert.
