About the Role
As an Administrative Support Associate VI, you will be responsible for securing revenue for services provided by physicians by competing appeals, making phone calls, and reviewing accounts. Your daily tasks will include reviewing charges for accuracy, validating registration and insurance information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and payer guidelines. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Proficiency in office software including Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
- AAS degree is preferred.
- Experience providing phone-based customer service a plus.
- Proficiency utilizing payer websites.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
