About the Role
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first line of communication at the Saab office, responsible for greeting visitors, managing busy calendars, coordinating meetings, processing expense reimbursements, and maintaining office supplies. You will also provide backup support to other administrative staff and assist with various projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer-based systems (i.e., Oracle).
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Self-starter and self-directed, with the ability to think creatively to improve efficiency and processes.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Organizational skills and project coordination experience with attention to detail.
