About the Role

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will work under the office manager and collaborate with a team to assist clients and link them to services. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, verifying and updating insurance information, collecting payments, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. You will gain operational knowledge of the organization while working closely with various departments and providers.

About You

Required:

High School diploma (HSD) or General Education Degree (GED).
6 months to two years receptionist experience in the medical or mental health field.
Medical insurance verification experience required.
Valid Driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.

Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
