About the Role
As an Administrative Support Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for patients, conducting initial intake screenings, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining office organization. You will also assist with community outreach events and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while providing additional support to therapists as needed.
About You
Required:
- Prior administrative support experience required; experience working in a therapy or medical office a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Experience with children and communicating with parents.
