About the Role
As a Senior Administrative Technician, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining databases, distributing files and documents, reconciling transactions, maintaining filing systems, assisting with office procedures, and performing general administrative support tasks. You will also assist with inventory management, scheduling meetings, and other duties as assigned by PMCE Management.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years of related clerical or office support experience.
Preferred:
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is preferred.
- A Notary Public designation may be required for some assignments.
