Summary
Pavilion Healthcare is seeking an Administrator to join their team in Bridgeview, IL. The Administrator is responsible for overall facility management, profitability, patient care, and business decisions in all aspects related to operations.
About the Role
As an Administrator, you will guide and develop your direct reports, manage day-to-day operations, participate in budget development, ensure compliance with regulations, oversee resident care plans, and maintain positive employee relations. You will also be accountable for financial performance, resident satisfaction, and implementing effective business plans.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the state in which the facility is located.
- Prior experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
