As an Administrator I-District, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, processing vendor transactions, managing P-card invoices, providing documentation for vendor payments, and assisting with inventory management. You will also respond to inquiries regarding invoicing and assist with preparing work packages as per customer contract requirements.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year or more of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
