As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance. Your daily tasks will include maintaining admissions guidelines, marketing programs, handling inquiries, ensuring financial verification, screening prospective residents, and resolving resident/family concerns.
About You
Required:
High school diploma required.
Experience in health care services.
Preferred:
Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services.
Ability to present a professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
