THE AUBIN APHASIA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE CENTER LLC is seeking a Full-Time Adult Focused/VFSS Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Bainbridge Island, WA. The role involves providing individualized therapy primarily to adults with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will complete VFSS appointments with adult patients, develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, and ensure timely and compliant documentation. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment that values work-life balance and dynamic care planning.
About You
Required:
Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
2–3 years of clinical experience (all levels encouraged to apply, including interns).
Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.
Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES).
Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.
Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.
Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, LiPS®, or board certifications in fluency, voice, or swallowing.
