About the Role
As an Adult Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for screening, assessing, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans for clients. You will conduct therapeutic interventions, participate in treatment team conferences, and coordinate services as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your role will also include documenting services, maintaining client confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and funding guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting as a Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist.
Preferred:
- Experience with substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery.
- Ability to interpret, speak, and write in Arabic, Spanish, or another language relevant to the service population.
