About the Role
As a Trauma Physician Assistant, you will provide medical services, perform and document assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage medical and surgical conditions, prescribe medications, and promote patient-centered care. You will also participate in interdisciplinary rounds, mentor other PAs, and engage in clinical research activities.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of an approved physician's assistant program accredited by the AMA Council on Medical Education.
- Physician Assistant License.
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- 2 years Physician Assistant Trauma/EM experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
