Summary

About the Role
As an Advanced Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for developing repair and inspection technologies, working across functions to implement repairs, providing technical leadership, and preparing technical data for internal and external customers. You will also ensure proper documentation and contribute to strategy and policy development within your area of responsibility.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of additional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Repair.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- 6 years of additional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Repair.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Prior repair, manufacturing and/or design engineering experience.
