About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or significant field experience.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in EPC delivery of advanced manufacturing projects, managing projects valued at $250M or more.
- Deep understanding of construction costs and proficient in contract negotiation.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and mentor talent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and adapt to changing circumstances.
