About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider for the Cancer Genetics and High-Risk Surveillance Clinic, you will facilitate genetic testing, high-risk screening, and surveillance, while coordinating care with the oncology team. You will interpret test results, provide counseling, and collaborate with various healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program.
- Washington state licensure required.
- DEA required at time of credentialing.
- ACLS required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- One year of experience managing individuals with hereditary cancer syndromes.
- Experience with oncologic or complex patients.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about Cancer Genetics.
- EPIC EMR experience.
