About the Role

The position requires rotating weekends and holidays, with an on-call schedule to be determined.
About You
Required:
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL.
- Completion of Master's level program in specialty area.
- BLS/CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Prior APN/PA experience in palliative medicine/hospice.
