Summary
UNC Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to provide inpatient consultation services at UNC Hospitals.
About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with supervising physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Your responsibilities will include obtaining health histories, performing physical assessments, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families. You will also engage in leadership activities, quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
Preferred:
- Board certification if required by the Department.
- Demonstrated clinical competency and effective leadership skills.
