About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for obtaining health histories, performing physical assessments, developing treatment plans, and conducting preventive health screenings. You will also educate patients and families, lead community outreach programs, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
Preferred:
- Board certification if required by the Department.
- Demonstrated clinical competency and effective leadership skills.
