About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider - Pediatrics, you will manage a panel of primary care patients, provide full-scope outpatient medical care, refer patients to specialists, meet clinical quality measures, support patient education, participate in outreach events, and uphold standards of care and clinic procedures under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.
About You
Required:
- Licensed CRNP or PA-C in Maryland.
- Graduate of accredited Master’s-level program.
- 3+ years primary care experience required.
- Pediatrics experience is a must.
- BLS certification (ACLS, ATLS & PALS recommended).
- Familiar with HIPAA & federal recordkeeping policies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication & teamwork skills.
- Professional and dependable work ethic.
- Comfortable with diverse populations & inclusive care.
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs, assist patients with mobility, and travel if needed.
