About the Role
About You
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., MSN-FNP or DNP).
- Active license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner in Ohio.
- Current Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- Practical specialization in Medical rheumatology.
- Experience with telehealth/virtual technology.
- Proficiency with EHRs and healthcare databases (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Experience in integrative/functional medicine.
- Interest in innovative, technology-enabled models of care.
