About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including advanced health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, managing a shared patient panel and participating in office and ESRD rounding from Monday to Friday. This position is open to candidates of all experience levels, with a preference for those with dialysis or nephrology experience.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content and formal clinical preparation.
- Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques, including taking medical histories and performing physicals.
Preferred:
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology.
- Ability to document in medical records in a confidential manner.
