Summary
Enlightened Recovery is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse (APRN) to provide medical oversight and direct patient care for individuals with substance use disorders in Atlantic City, NJ.
About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse, you will develop and implement medical protocols, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assess and evaluate patients, provide psychiatric services, and manage treatment plans. You will also be responsible for signing off on lab results and medication orders promptly.
About You
Required:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health.
- A minimum of 2 years psychiatric experience.
- Current and in Good Standing APN license in NJ & PA, with prescriptive authority.
- Current DEA CDS Registration.
- Maintain Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably within a substance abuse treatment setting.
