About You
Required:
- Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Two years of experience as an advanced practitioner.
Preferred:
- Experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge of evaluation and management coding.
- Experience in a home health, hospice, physician office, or long-term care healthcare setting.
