About the Role
About You
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) on solar power plants.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment.
- Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.).
- Experience in training and mentoring laborers.
