Solventum is seeking an Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager to join their team in Remote, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. The role involves managing a sales team focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships in the medical equipment manufacturing industry.
About the Role
As an Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving corporate financial and strategic goals, leading the sales team to maximize productivity and corporate contracts, managing expenses within the region's budget, and hiring and developing high-performing staff. You will also ensure compliance with administrative requirements and participate in the Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven years of combined medical sales and/or sales management experience, OR
High School Diploma/GED AND eleven years of combined medical sales and/or sales management experience.
Current, valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
Master's Degree.
Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices.
Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in forecasting.
Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organization skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, project management, and implementation skills.
Demonstrated relationship management skills.

Competitive compensation with a salary range of $204,800 - $281,600, including base pay plus variable incentive pay.
