About the Role

As an Advancement Officer, you will identify major donors, create grant proposals, support the development of strategic fundraising plans, sell table sponsorships for events, and manage relationships with CCV supporters. You will also develop creative ways for donors to engage with CCV's mission and provide regular analysis and reports for management.

About You

Required:

Undergraduate degree required.
5+ years of development experience, preferably with a Christian nonprofit.
Strong research and writing skills.
Able to communicate orally, both effectively and persuasively.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

Experience in fundraising and donor relations.
Familiarity with constituent relationship management database systems.
Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
