About the Role
As an Advertising Operations Lead, you will drive strategic decision-making alongside the CMO, manage the end-to-end lifecycle for launching new offers, establish QA processes for tracking accuracy and performance, negotiate with partners for favorable deal terms, troubleshoot operational issues, lead special projects, and take ownership of reporting on program performance and profitability.
About You
Required:
- 2-6 years experience in finance, consulting, or equivalent advertising role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including development of presentations.
- Strong knowledge about yield management, reporting systems, and digital advertising.
- Track record of exceeding goals derived from established KPIs.
- Experience negotiating with partners, clients & vendors.
Preferred:
- Naturally comfortable working alongside product, tech & marketing teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
