ArchWell Health is seeking an Advisor, Market Enablement to join their team in Nashville, TN. The role involves serving as a proactive consultant and advisor to improve clinical and process outcomes within the organization.
About the Role
As an Advisor, Market Enablement, you will interact with leaders, clinicians, and stakeholders to design and implement systems that support organizational strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include providing education and coaching on performance improvement methods, utilizing project management tools, facilitating group processes, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities. You will also oversee project components aimed at improving care processes and reducing costs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required, or 5+ years of relevant quality improvement experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Industrial Engineering degree or LEAN, Six Sigma, or IHI process improvement certification required.
- Prior experience facilitating quality improvement in an outpatient or ambulatory healthcare setting.
- 1+ year of experience with coaching teams, facilitating quality improvement; or 3+ years of experience working in patient care or related job in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
