As an AEM Web Publisher-Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content, collaborating with marketing and development teams, troubleshooting publishing issues, and optimizing content performance. You will also customize AEM interfaces and manage digital assets to enhance user engagement and site performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with enterprise-grade content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Working knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS).
- 2+ years of experience managing web transformations or redesigns.
- Understanding of website analytics and ability to interpret data.
Preferred:
- AEM certification.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to website development.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and accessibility standards.
- Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Workfront or Jira.
