About You
- Minimum of three (3) years experience supporting SERE training programs or comparable high-risk training environments.
- Experience coordinating personnel, schedules, and operational support functions in structured training or mission support environments.
- Graduate of SV81A SERE Specialist Training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements and pass the human factor evaluation necessary to safely conduct field and laboratory training.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating training operations or instructional programs.
- Recent experience supporting Full Spectrum Level C (High Risk of Capture) SERE training.
- Experience managing instructor teams or coordinating course execution.
- Experience contributing to curriculum development, lesson plan refinement, or instructor certification processes.
- Familiarity with SERE training documentation, certification requirements, or course administration.
- American Red Cross CPR and First Aid or equivalent.
