About the Role
As an Affiliate Compliance Manager, you will own and operationalize compliance for Launch Potato's credit card and banking products. Your responsibilities include interpreting regulatory requirements, guiding cross-functional teams, and proactively mitigating compliance risks. You will serve as the primary compliance contact for partners, develop compliance documentation, and provide training to enhance internal understanding of compliance protocols.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or a regulated advertising environment.
- Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards.
- Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP concepts) and translate requirements into operational direction.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams.
- Strong written judgment with the ability to communicate risk clearly and decisively.
