Summary
Hostaway is seeking an Affiliate Partner Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity within North America. The role focuses on driving and scaling global Affiliate programs to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.
About the Role
As an Affiliate Partner Manager, you will lead and manage affiliate partner programs globally, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking. You will develop partner incentives and marketing programs, collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, monitor partner performance, ensure accurate payouts, and maintain program documentation.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or partner marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Sheets and Excel), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
- Background in referral, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with process automation and building dashboards/reports.
- Demonstrated success in scaling partner onboarding and enablement processes.
