As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead acquisition strategies tailored to local behaviors, managing automation tools, analyzing key metrics for campaign effectiveness, and coordinating with other teams to ensure effective lead transfer. Your role is crucial in maintaining a constant flow of high-quality leads aligned with Holafly's growth objectives.
About You
Required:
- Proven ability to design, execute, and continuously optimize lead generation strategies across Spanish markets and channels.
- High analytical capability to monitor conversion rates, lead quality, and funnel performance.
- Experience evaluating and managing automation tools (CRM, prospecting, email marketing platforms).
- Ability to work closely with Affiliate, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead transfer.
- Strong ownership mindset to manage lead generation workflows end to end.
Preferred:
- Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
