About You
- Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN with an active and good standing license.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years or evidence of current clinical knowledge.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR Certification
- One (1) year of hospice or home care experience.
