About the Role
As an After School Group Leader, you will create a safe and engaging environment for youth, facilitate program participation, provide guidance and role modeling, and ensure the safety and well-being of all members. You will also be responsible for program development, implementation, and supervision, including monitoring and evaluating activities to meet the needs of the children.
About You
Required:
- At least 17 years of age.
- Experience working with school-age children totaling 600 hours or equivalent qualifications.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of youth development.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications.
