About the Role

As an After-school Group Team Leader, you will work closely with children and caregivers to provide a safe and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include leading and assisting with activities, engaging with children and adults, supervising open play spaces, and ensuring the safety of the children at all times. You will also facilitate a positive community environment and maintain open communication with community center members.

About You

Required:

At least 2 years of experience working with Pre-K children.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a team and take initiative.

Preferred:

Candidates working towards or with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Experience in an early childhood environment such as Preschool, Daycare Centers, or babysitting.
